Dear Parents/Carers,

Thank you to everybody who participated in the Parent Governor Election. There was a strong field of candidates and a large number of parents from all three schools cast votes.

The ballot closed at 3pm on 22^nd October and the votes were counted at 12.30pm on 23^rd October by the Returning Officer, Anna Machin (Clerk to Governing Board), in the presence of two witnesses. The candidates were also invited to attend the Count. Details of the actual number of votes cast can be secured by contacting the Clerk (clerktogovernors@leathersellers-federation.com).

The two elected candidates are: Polly Fox and Dr Anne Mackie

Parent governors bring a great deal of expertise to the Governing Board; they play a key role in setting the strategic direction of our schools and in providing the necessary support and challenge for our Federation’s leadership team.

We are sure parents and governors will give our two new parent governors a warm and supportive welcome to our Governing Board as they begin this important role in our Federation.
